Letter to the magistrates

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are a group of more than 1,700 people and we are deeply outraged and horrified by everything that is happening and being planned for yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru. As you are the magistrates investigating and prosecuting this case, we would like to inform you that the members of our group have decided to implore God for the swift and immediate action and intervention of God’s immanent justice in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, against whom injustices are being committed.

It should be noted that the expression “God’s immanent justice” often appears in dictionaries and encyclopaedias, which shows that it refers to something that actually exists. It should be noted that the well-known expression “God’s immanent justice” also appears in the Larousse dictionary.

Here is how the Larousse dictionary defines God’s immanent justice: “God’s immanent justice is that which appears promptly and manifests itself in an enigmatic manner. It flows naturally from the deeds accomplished, from the evil deeds committed by a human being. This justice never reveals errors and is exercised through the intervention of God and acts in an inexorable, implacable manner, without the intervention of an external agent.”

In the Bible, there are astonishing interventions of God’s justice (see Appendix 1) where there are several edifying explanations of God’s immanent justice, and in addition, in Appendix 1, there are some examples of spontaneous, immediate, inexorable interventions of God’s immanent justice.

We, the members of this group who seek to help Gregorian Bivolaru in a voluntary and altruistic manner, are already perfectly convinced that God’s justice exists and acts in an enigmatic and inexorable manner when a group of human beings evokes in unison the intervention of this implacable justice of God. In such situations, the group of human beings proposes, and it is God who disposes that His immanent justice intervenes as needed.

If, in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, you commit injustices, abuses and fail to show fairness, impartiality, justice and integrity, then you will feel and see the prompt intervention of God’s immanent justice, which will act as you deserve in your life and in your daily existence. Thus, you will be convinced, willingly or unwillingly, that God’s immanent justice exists and operates, acting through apparent coincidences that are in reality enigmatic, necessary, obligatory ways that punish (in direct proportion to the injustices and wrongdoings towards Gregorian Bivolaru) as you deserve. In Romanian folklore, there is already an edifying saying that reflects this reality of the immediate intervention of God’s immanent justice: “Do good, and you will find good; do a lot of good, and you will find a lot of good. If you do evil, you will find evil; if you do a lot of evil, you will find a lot of evil.”

It is not impossible that, at first (now!), you may be quick to think of all these aspects that we are pointing out to you as mere aberrations, ridiculous nonsense and devoid of any rational basis. But later, when God’s immanent justice acts inexorably (as you deserve, only if you commit injustices, abuses and errors in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, consciously or unconsciously, given the state of ignorance in which you find yourselves and your complacency towards this man), you will be, willingly or unwillingly, determined, forced to urgently change your opinions and you will have to give Gregorian Bivolaru the justice he deserves. But if you persist in being unjust, unfair and hostile towards Gregorian Bivolaru, then God’s immanent justice will immediately manifest itself in mysterious ways, and you will soon suffer (willingly or unwillingly) the consequences of your actions. Each of you will then promptly receive from God the reward you deserve for your wrongdoings in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru.

As soon as God’s immanent justice immediately comes into action, you will see (willingly or unwillingly) that all the injustices and all the evil you do towards Gregorian Bivolaru return (in direct proportion) into the existence of each one of you, through a strange and significant mirror effect, which is nevertheless just and necessary. You will then be shocked by all these aspects that we are pointing out to you in advance. The mysterious reflections (in direct proportion) of the injustices and evil you will do to Gregorian Bivolaru, which will emerge as you deserve in the life of each of you, will thus send out alarm signals showing you that you have made and are making mistakes in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru. This will be the key moment that will determine you to promptly change your attitude in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru.

The providential, supernatural, but ultimately just intervention of God’s immanent justice, which will act promptly in each of your lives, will lead you to realise (willingly or unwillingly) that you have been wrong and that you are truly in error in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru. All these signs that will emerge through the prompt intervention of God’s immanent justice will indirectly compel you to do your duty correctly, to be fair, to see what is natural and necessary, which is the true truth in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru.

On God’s immanent justice, the brilliant scholar and philosopher Blaise Pascal said: “He who does not believe in the existence of God’s immanent justice will ultimately find that he was mistaken, and he who believes in the existence of God’s immanent justice will always act in such a way as not to expose himself to the intervention of God’s immanent justice, which is implacable.”

God’s immanent justice always plays a corrective role that is prompt and without delay in God’s creation (see Appendix 2).

Given these mysterious aspects, we, the members of this group, will appeal to the supreme authority that is God and we will invoke the prompt intervention of God’s immanent justice in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru.

We have read in the press that you have already visited the house where Gregorian Bivolaru was hiding to avoid being murdered by his bitter enemies, the evil and secret group of the Illuminati, who over the years have sent him frightening letters threatening his life and have also sought to buy him off by offering him increasingly large sums of money, which are fabulous.

Please find in Appendix 3 all the copies of these letters that were sent to him one by one over the years. The last ultimatum letter was sent to Gregorian Bivolaru in October 2022. All of this is shocking evidence of a monstrous criminal conspiracy that has been and is being plotted in secret, behind the scenes, against Gregorian Bivolaru. Please read them carefully in order to understand the many bizarre aspects that exist, however, in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru. In this way, we hope that you will gradually begin to understand certain strange elements that are nevertheless hidden from view.

Curiously, we have noticed that the media is deliberately hiding a shocking aspect which, in other cases, has caused quite a stir regarding threatening letters, the latest being an ultimatum warning him that if he does not stop the disclosures and surrender before 15 June 2023, he will be assassinated. It is strange, however, that Gregorian Bivolaru was arrested at 6 a.m. during the nefarious full moon, a very significant aspect that is known to insiders. Of course, we do not consider this to be a coincidence at all. How can we explain the fact that the media has carefully concealed the shocking fact that Gregorian Bivolaru regularly receives increasingly harsh threatening letters?

Two people who are part of this group and who are gifted with true clairvoyance have separately carried out a paranormal analysis and informed us that, in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, it is a female magistrate who is leading the investigation. Furthermore, these clairvoyants informed us that they have already observed that the female magistrate in question has a deeply hostile attitude towards Gregorian Bivolaru, a very serious aspect that exposes him to being easily and unjustly convicted.

All these aspects have been and remain serious reasons that led us to collaboratively prepare this supplementary investigation, which contains objective and edifying evidence. In the name of humanity and common sense, we respectfully ask you to take this evidence into account immediately (but we invite you to verify it systematically, attentively, intelligently, and impartially lucid, impartial and rigorous manner in order to convince yourselves of the indisputable reality of the evidence in question, which we can already guarantee in advance).

It is, of course, up to you to decide whether or not to urgently consider this memorandum, which is also a hopeful appeal.

The two clairvoyant human beings have already carried out (through telepathy) a relevant analysis of the attitude of all the magistrates investigating this case and have thus found that you have a malicious, hostile attitude and have, moreover, detected that you are currently under the influence of a fatal bias in this case, an attitude that is not at all beneficial either to Gregorian Bivolaru or to you.

All this proves that you have already made your decision in advance and that you will be easily predisposed to put him on trial, even though he is innocent, in order to have him sentenced to prison. Unfortunately, you are already firmly convinced in your mind that this group is nothing more than a sinister and very dangerous sect that must be destroyed and that Gregorian Bivolaru must be sent to prison at all costs.

However, we believe that you are rushing to judgement and completely ignoring many objective and enlightening aspects, as well as irrefutable evidence. Because in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, we already consider this to be a matter of life and death (for Gregorian Bivolaru), we have decided, following a brainstorming session, to provide you with a sui generis supplement to the investigation that is sincere, relevant, edifying and based solely on real facts (which can be rigorously verified by you), as well as on some objective evidence. However, it is essential that you urgently take these into consideration and, after verifying their truth, reflect on them in order to avoid a major miscarriage of justice in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, a mistake that will cost you dearly when it involves the hidden intervention of immanent justice.

Taking these objective aspects into urgent consideration, we inform you that it is for this reason that we have decided to bypass a certain fateful process, which is about to be set in motion, while the wheel of aberrant, abusive and unjust justice has already been set in motion in this complex case of Gregorian Bivolaru (in which it is already evident to us that you are tempted to play the thankless role of Pilate). However, we do not want you to understand that we consider Gregorian Bivolaru to be a Jesus in any way. Nevertheless, due to a strong and overwhelming prejudice, you are currently tempted to consider Gregorian Bivolaru superficially and hastily as a simple perverse, fanatical and deranged sectarian.

In the following, we will present conclusive and objective evidence that Gregorian Bivolaru is not at all what you think he is. We will help you (hopefully!) to understand in an intelligent way that, in reality, the spiritual and esoteric school of yoga he founded is not a cult at all see Appendix 4. Based on objective facts that are both edifying and enlightening for an intelligent human being, we will help you discover and see that Gregorian Bivolaru has already revealed (as he does with humility and modesty), necessarily inspired by God, certain fundamental esoteric mysteries that are brilliant for us and extremely valuable, which are already of immense beneficial use to human beings on this planet see Appendix 5.

It is therefore essential to inform you that there is nothing like this in a sect. In a sect, there are never such spiritual revelations, which are truly brilliant, which are really useful to people on this planet and which help them (only when they are put into practice correctly, systematically, with perseverance) to ultimately be much more happier, naturally healthy, extremely satisfied in their love life, to fully experience the immense joy of living, to already be aware that their life is much richer and that it already has an amazing and wonderful meaning. In addition, these initiated people have the indescribable feeling that God exists, and they feel deeply and fully that after the death of their body, there will certainly be another life full of surprises, delightful in the hereafter.

We ask you, and we beg you to answer honestly: what do you consider to be bad or very bad in all this? Why are you currently seeking to throw Gregorian Bivolaru behind bars (for years!)? Why frighten, terrorise and declare as suspects these people who, there in Paris, in this spiritual community, have always been peaceful, have harmed no one, did not use drugs, did not smoke, did not drink, and were all vegetarians? From your perspective, what is wrong with these people? Have you ever tried to talk man to man with at least 8 to 10 of them? Have you ever been curious enough to talk face to face with Gregorian Bivolaru for 5-7 minutes to see for yourself what kind of person he is?

If you have not yet done so, we implore you, in the name of humanity and a minimum of compassion that should characterise you as fair, honest, impartial, and upright magistrates, to do so urgently. In doing so, we assure you in advance that you will have a big surprise (which you really need urgently) in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru to begin to edify yourselves beyond the deceptive appearances, that all these people are not pathetic sectarians who seem worthy of contempt to you. Nothing and no one is stopping you from doing this. We dare to ask you to take this initiative because it is part of your professional duties. Choose to do so. Talk to some of these human beings man to man. We still hope that your investigation will not be of the Stalinist type. We dare to hope that your fair research will be equitable, impartial, honest, free from harmful prejudices, correct and compassionate. It is worth thinking about this honestly. Does the existence of God bother you?

Over the years, Gregorian Bivolaru has revealed a large number of essential rules and intelligent principles of common sense that have already helped thousands of human beings to know themselves in a fruitful way and have enabled them to gradually discover and realise their beneficial potentials that were previously unsuspected. In this way, their existence has become richer, more fulfilling and more satisfying. What harm has Gregorian Bivolaru done?

Over the years, it has become clear to us that Gregorian Bivolaru has always emphasised the Socratic imperative: “Know thyself”. But to this imperative, he added: “In an eminently beneficial, clearly superior direction, which can then transform your life profoundly and thus your existence acquires a fulfilling meaning, bringing wisdom.” What harm has Gregorian Bivolaru done?

We would like to inform you in advance that we, the members of this group, are firmly committed to helping you feel and discover that God truly exists. We announce that starting on 18 April, you will receive several blessings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 6:20 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays, the supernatural and mysterious intervention of the subtle and sublime energy of God’s Immanent Justice will be evoked. In this way, you will gradually begin to feel how God’s Immanent Justice works in your life.

At present, there are already tens of thousands of edifying proofs that have been validated one by one that God truly exists. However, there is no relevant evidence that God does not exist. Each of you will have the opportunity to experience God’s existence firsthand in various ways when members of our group offer weekly blessings, twice a week at a specific time. Gradually, you will come to experience the beneficial effects of the blessings that will be offered to you by God on the two days of the week at a fixed time that we mention in advance. You will also be convinced that God exists and that He works in mysterious ways.

If you are tempted to think, conclude and act in an erroneous way: “Even if we find that Gregorian Bivolaru is not guilty, he must go to prison,” you will gradually realise that God’s immanent justice acts immediately. You will then see, one after another, that God’s immanent justice acts immediately, and each of you will inexorably bear all the consequences of the injustices you inflict on Gregorian Bivolaru and the others whose arrest you have decided upon.

Thus, you will feel and discover, willingly or unwillingly, that God’s immanent justice exists and that it acts inexorably and without delay. You will then also discover, willingly or unwillingly, the fact that God exists.

To answer your possible question: “What motivates us to take this step that we are presenting?”, our answer is that we have chosen to do all this in the name of the ideals of freedom and solidarity that are always invoked in France. We have no other solution because you are – so to speak – stuck in the ivory tower of justice in this country.

We have chosen to draft this collective message together, which we implore you to consider as a relevant addition to the investigation, based exclusively on real evidence, which you can verify if you are curious enough to do so urgently.

Ultimately, it is only after carefully reading everything we have set out that you will be able to decide whether we are merely fanatics or sectarians who deserve only the contempt of the people and widespread opprobrium, which, unfortunately, has emerged and persists. You will be able to draw your own conclusions – which we hope will be lucid and intelligent – based primarily on the facts.

It is, of course, possible that insidious pressure is being exerted in various ways behind the scenes, even on you, to secure the conviction of Gregorian Bivolaru at all costs, even if he is innocent. If all these aspects come to light – with time – they will cumulatively become, including for you, edifying and shocking evidence of what is going on behind the scenes to throw this innocent man into prison for many years, to kill him – in this way – by a “perfect crime” that may go unnoticed by the ignorant. However, there is also a danger for you in considering that it is impossible for you to be wrong, despite the multiple edifying pieces of evidence at your disposal.

The strange and fateful intoxication of deadly power that imperceptibly takes hold of many practising prosecutors and judges can also seize you imperceptibly. By studying with a mindset that seeks to discover the true truth, it is easy to discover, however, that Gregorian Bivolaru is in fact a martyr. There is no exaggeration in this statement, which at first glance may seem unacceptable to you.

But we are inclined to suspect that all these women who unjustly accuse Gregorian Bivolaru of rape or abuse are in fact false victims who have become sadistic tormentors and who insolently seek to take advantage of a trend of fatal exaggerations. This is particularly likely to occur among certain women who are dishonest, perverse, deceitful and who, beyond their (deceptive!) appearances, have hidden malicious interests, particularly financial ones. The obvious irresponsibility of these malicious women is evident in their contradictory and sometimes ambivalent testimonies, which they have already rushed to publish on the Internet, where they boast impertinently that they will surely send Gregorian Bivolaru to prison.

By analysing very carefully, with lucidity, discernment, impartiality, intelligence and relevance, the testimonies of these people who accuse Gregorian Bivolaru of alleged rape, it will be easy for you to see and discover the real truth beyond appearances, beyond illusions, beyond the harmful prejudices that can mislead you and make you consider Gregorian Bivolaru guilty, when he is not guilty at all.

Of course, the perspective from which you analyse Gregorian Bivolaru’s case is of great importance. If your investigation is clouded by certain factors that obscure your thinking, only Gregorian Bivolaru will suffer greatly from such a mistake.

We implore you to be careful in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, and we implore you to be attentive and impartial. The life and freedom of an innocent man are at stake.

The accusation of rape is currently a very dangerous trend when this accusation is fabricated with immense impudence, including for reasons that are determined both by bizarre and gratuitous enmity, but also by the desire to obtain a lot of money through alleged damages.

It is a trend for certain deceitful women to declare themselves false victims and then insolently take advantage of such an attitude, which is not genuine.

The huge sums of money (66,000,000 euros!) offered to Gregorian Bivolaru to buy him off (according to the latest death threat letter sent to him, please read it carefully!) prove that the evil Illuminati group, which is relentlessly striving to promote the New World Order on the planet, already knows the enormous value of this brilliant revelation by Gregorian Bivolaru, who promotes and reveals with astonishing ease to people the existence and reality of God in all creation, in the universe, which frightens them and is why they seek to block this essential truth, which Jesus also revealed in the past (without, however, referring to the Godly Attributes in modern language), as Gregorian Bivolaru points out, that each Attribute of God (for example, the well-known Godly Attribute of Godly Love – of which it is said in esoteric Christianity that God is also love, and that love is an eternal and endless gift that comes from God) is a sublime, infinite, mysterious, distinct, eminently beneficial subtle energy, characterised by a frequency of vibration that never changes. We can easily see in this brilliant revelation by Gregorian Bivolaru that, for the first time in the atmosphere of this planet, a sui generis marriage is emerging between quantum physics and an objective, fundamental religion that can be felt and experienced by many people when the sublime, subtle energy of a Godly Attribute, such as Love, pours into their receptive being, into their aura.

This brilliant discovery, which he admits was inspired by God, really frightens the Illuminati, and that is why they want to imprison Gregorian Bivolaru, even though he is innocent, in order to kill him with a perfect crime, to eliminate him forever from among men in an abject, cunning way that seems infallible to these despicable people. It seems that in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, justice and truth will not prevail without fighting against possible injustices, but also against lies.

As you know, great injustices and infamies are always committed by enemies who want lies and injustice to ultimately triumph. It is worth asking why, in this case, consideration is always given to malicious and hostile individuals who are determined to commit a grave injustice in order to send a completely innocent man to prison.

You need to know in advance that, whether you like it or not, the Gregorian Bivolaru case will certainly have a huge impact on your life, your existence and your personal destiny in a beneficial direction only if you choose to be impartial at all times and to do justice in this case. It is therefore essential that you know in advance that this subsequent impact on your life will be:

A. Either eminently beneficial, constructive, fruitful, lasting and deeply transformative, only and exclusively if, on the basis of the existing evidence, the real facts and the honest testimonies that you will gather, you choose to immediately bring to light only the truth and only the true truth, thus ensuring that objective justice, which is at the same time identical to the immanent justice of God, prevails. Therefore, we must remain constantly vigilant so as not to be blinded, even slightly, by various harmful prejudices, but also by certain professional distortions that could condition you to interpret the objective facts that exist in this case in a hasty, false, biased interpretations of the objective facts that exist in this case, even failing to take due account of the true reality that sometimes lies beyond the various, often misleading appearances. By analogy, this complex case is at the same time like a thrilling detective novel that ends in the last pages with the discovery of the real truth, often surprising to the reader. This edifying analogy applies, however, to a large extent also in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru.

B. Either the unjust, unfair, arbitrary, hostile manner in which you choose to act in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru will require, will imply the immediate, prompt, 1,000,000% certain, relentless, mysterious intervention of God’s immanent justice, which is then inexorable and inflexible. In folklore, this ancient but effective occult method is significantly referred to by the well-known folk expression: “Leave everything, without delay, in God’s hands”.

Even if, at first, you do not believe all this, and your reaction is a sarcastic smile, one by one, astonishing confirmations will appear that will convince you, and then, one by one, they will enlighten you about the occult workings of God’s immanent justice, and through this kind of frequent experience, you will discover and realise that God exists.

Numerous abusive searches were carried out on his orders, given behind the scenes, and a criminal case file, fundamentally false, containing more than 500 volumes, was compiled on his orders. At the time, 22 members of the MISA leadership, including Gregorian Bivolaru, were placed under investigation on his unjust and abusive orders. After being asked to cease the persecution, abuse and various injustices against the MISA yoga school, this man continued to cause great harm to the school.

So it was decided to implement this method, which involves the intervention of God’s immanent justice. Here are the effects that appeared afterwards and were considered significant, but also surprising, for the more than 70,000 students and supporters of this school: Adrian Năstase lost the election to become president of Romania. He was then prosecuted and finally sentenced to prison. But before being arrested, he attempted suicide. He went to prison. He was then charged a second time and sentenced to prison a second time. He then admitted live on television that the attack on the MISA yoga school was the biggest mistake of his life and that he regretted it see Appendix 7. He then felt like a victim and claimed, wrongly and bizarrely, that paranormal methods had been used against him by the yogis of MISA, which had destroyed his political career and his life. The trial, which was fabricated in 2004 at the political request of this man, lasted 17 years and, despite numerous absurd and false accusations, including alleged human trafficking, the 21 defendants, one of whom has since died, were found not guilty. Thus ended this trial after 17 years of persecuting innocent people.

This is the famous wager of Blaise Pascal, the brilliant French scientist, philosopher and writer who lived between 1623 and 1662. On 23 November 1654, he spontaneously experienced a mystical state of exceptional ecstasy, and then the subtle and sublime energy of the Godly Attribute of certainty revealed itself in his being. He lived this overwhelming experience fully and deeply for about 8 hours without interruption. He later described in great detail this experience that marked his life forever. Pascal’s famous wager is stated as follows: “He who does not believe in the existence of God and does not follow His ways (those of God) gives himself, offers himself to Satan and indirectly follows him all his life.”

We suggest that you immediately research this astonishing episode in Pascal’s life and study it very carefully. It will help you greatly to consider and, above all, to understand Gregorian Bivolaru from a totally different (new!) perspective.

You will have much to gain (internally!) if you do so without delay, especially if you are curious to study Pascal’s astonishing honest testimony about the exceptional state of ecstasy he experienced at that time. You will not be able to consider (hopefully!) that this genius was just some kind of idiot or fanatic. He experienced exactly what Gregorian Bivolaru later discovered, inspired by God. Thus, Gregorian Bivolaru revealed to the world for the first time the distinct existence of more than 600 Attributes of God, each of which is an endless, eternal, enigmatic, sublime subtle energy springing from the mysterious infinite being of God. In reality, the mysterious energy of each Godly Attribute is always characterised by a unique frequency of vibration that never changes. This brilliant discovery by Gregorian Bivolaru, which he alone has made (but inspired by God), completes and makes whole forever the fundamental revelation of Jesus that he expounded in his wonderful Sermon on the Mount, where he refers esoterically to only eight Godly Attributes, which Christians call the Beatitudes, but they do not know that in reality, each of the eight Beatitudes to which Jesus refers is in fact an infinite, eternal subtle energy that comes from the mysterious being of God.

This simple but brilliant revelation by Gregorian Bivolaru also leads to a happy sui generis “marriage” between the objective religion of God and current quantum physics, in which the concept of energy is something essential. According to this wonderful revelation (which was revealed by God to Gregorian Bivolaru for the first time in the atmosphere of this planet), every human being functions (by analogy) like a radio station (a receiver for sound broadcasting), which under certain conditions captures and accumulates at the level of consciousness the subtle, sublime energy of a certain Godly Attribute, such as Love or Happiness, and thus the human being in question feels as an inner effect either love or happiness, etc.

The discovery that Gregorian Bivolaru made with the help and inspiration that come from God marks, intentionally or unintentionally, the history of this planet. This revelation is and will remain an immense and obvious legacy that will certainly mark the history of this planet. The coming years will confirm this.

For example, in a similar way, Pascal felt fully and deeply (in a mystical way) for eight hours continuously the subtle and sublime energy of Godly God’s Attribute of Godly Certitude.

Another simple and analogous example that may be instructive for you, in order to easily understand the tremendous mystery that was revealed for the first time on a global scale by Gregorian Bivolaru and which refers to the sublime subtle energy of each Godly Attribute (such as Love, Happiness, Blessing, etc.), is that of a mobile phone, which is currently used for communication and allows us to be independent of a wired connection to the central exchange. In this meaningful analogy, the body of each human being can be considered as a sui generis mobile phone that is constantly used by that person’s enigmatic consciousness. By means of their own mobile phone, this human being can quickly receive various phone calls, or can also return a telephone call to a particular mobile phone if they already know the corresponding number of that phone. In accordance with this edifying analogy, we announce that on certain days, Tuesdays and Thursdays, you yourselves will benefit from several blessings offered to you in unison by us (the 1,700 members of this solidarity group) from 6 p.m. onwards.

In this way, on those days, you will certainly benefit from more than 100 eminently beneficial, wonderful, euphoric, and sometimes surprising effects that you will feel for 24 hours. These mysterious, complex, positive, beneficial effects will help you to feel for yourselves, through direct experience, the inestimable value of this exceptional revelation that Gregorian Bivolaru was inspired by God, nearly 20 years ago, to make known to the people of this planet. All this through his own example, which is evident to all of us, and through the ounces of practice of the more than 70,000 trainees and supporters who have attended the courses of this esoteric spiritual school of Integral Yoga over the years and who have given testimonials about their spiritual experiences (see Appendix 8).

We know that there is the unjust arm of the law, and if you choose (eventually!) to exercise it, we announce to you that it will then result (willingly or unwillingly) in an inexorable intervention by God, but one that is well deserved, which in reality involves a mysterious action of God’s immanent justice that we, more than 1,700 people, will evoke, begging God to manifest it without delay for you.

As you know, grave miscarriages of justice have existed and will continue to exist in this world.

For us, the more than 1,700 people (who are part of this group), it is revolting, horrifying and unacceptable that an innocent man should be wrongfully arrested and imprisoned on the sole basis of outrageous false fabrications, on the sole basis of slanderous and malicious speech, in the obvious absence of any evidence, any edifying and conclusive evidence.

This situation in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru reminds us of the dark history of Stalinist show trials. We wonder, ladies and gentlemen of the prosecution and the judges, how you have not yet noticed all this? Why did you not choose to investigate Gregorian Bivolaru while he was free? What will you do in the end? How will you justify the arrest of an innocent man if, in the end, willy-nilly, you will find (as we already know in advance, because it is absolutely impossible that this man raped a woman or forced her, or ever molested her) that he is innocent?

Even if for the moment you do not believe at all in the existence of God’s immanent justice, if you commit injustices in this case of Gregorian Bivolaru, you will see, feel and discover, willingly or unwillingly and without delay, that God’s immanent justice does indeed exist, and that this enigmatic supernatural justice will quickly punish you as you deserve. Through this supernatural way in which God acts, you will be forced, willingly or unwillingly, to admit, through certain unfavourable events, but also through certain harmful circumstances, that God’s immanent justice exists. Thus, God will convince you without delay that when you do evil, you will find evil, you attract evil, as is also said in folklore.

Through your role as magistrates, you are therefore invested by God with the power to capture within your being and fully manifest the subtle and sublime energy of Godly Attribute of Godly Justice.

Total and exemplary impartiality is always necessary, even mandatory for you. When you show a lack of impartiality or unfairness in the investigation you are conducting in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, remember that by acting in this unjust manner, you are implicitly exposing yourselves to being punished without delay, as you deserve, by the inexorable supernatural intervention of God’s immanent justice. Whether you like it or not, you will then be forced to observe how God’s immanent justice intervenes and manifests itself without delay, implacable and inevitable for you. Rather than exposing yourselves to the immediate, inexorable intervention of God’s immanent justice, you would do better to show common sense, fairness and exemplary impartiality in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru.

We remind you that exemplary impartiality means not favouring anyone, especially in a criminal investigation where the freedom and even the life of a human being is at stake (especially if he is not guilty).

Otherwise, if you choose to deliberately ignore the aspects concerning the intervention of God’s immanent, inexorable justice, whether voluntarily or not, you will experience it and be convinced of its existence, but above all you will feel fully how it acts, how it manifests itself (as you deserve!) both in your being and in your body. This will only happen if you commit injustices in this case where the life and innocence of this man are at stake. Whether you want to consider it or not, fairness is mandatory for you, especially as magistrates.

This modality, which involves the rapid and immediate intervention of God’s immanent justice, is clearly described not only in the Old Testament and the Psalms, but also in the Qur’an.

Immanent justice is always relentless. Those who do not take God into account as they should fall and remain under the evil influence of Satan and his demons. Do not omit anything and do not choose to falsely and knowingly accuse Gregorian Bivolaru.

Human beings propose, and in the end it is God who disposes and responds wisely to people’s requests. God’s immanent justice also comes into action at the request of a group of human beings who unanimously invoke His prompt intervention. In such situations, human beings propose to God, and it is then God who disposes of the manner in which God’s justice will intervene without delay. In the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, it is necessary to always be correct, just, and impeccable so as not to be affected by God’s justice. For example, if you act arbitrarily, maliciously, tyrannically, sadistically, if despite the existing and edifying evidence you make disastrous, unjust decisions that violate God’s fairness and justice, then you will see God’s immanent justice come into play.

Sometimes justice intervenes and acts promptly and spontaneously. The example in Appendix 1 highlights such cases, which are astonishing and illustrate how God’s justice intervenes directly.

In all cases where justice is invoked by a group of human beings, its intervention occurs shortly thereafter and manifests itself in a relentless and inexorable manner.

If the same hostility and enmity that currently exist within you persist with regard to the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, you will see and feel, whether you like it or not, that God’s immanent justice will immediately spring into action and cause mysterious effects that will be directly proportional to the wickedness you display.

Therefore, if you have a clear conscience, if you choose not to have a guilty conscience at all in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, you will find that God’s immanent justice does not intervene at all, does not act, because it is always just. If, in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, you choose to never have anything on your conscience, then God’s immanent justice will not act at all.

It is said, necessarily and significantly, that “jurors decide in their just souls and in their good conscience”. Similarly, you must also act in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru in such a way as not to provoke the immediate intervention of God’s immanent justice.

The fact that you currently harbour strange hostility, strange resentment, and gratuitous enmity in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru immediately exposes you to the well-deserved, immediate intervention of God’s immanent justice. It is therefore urgent to change your attitude towards Gregorian Bivolaru so as not to expose yourself to the intervention of God’s immanent justice. If you do evil, immediately afterwards you will feel and find evil.

In this supernatural way, you will feel – willingly or unwillingly, in your being, but also through mysterious effects that will appear in your existence – that when, in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, you choose to do harm, to commit injustices, to violate the ethical principles of your position, you will find that if you do harm, you will feel that harm and you will discover it, willingly or unwillingly. You can certainly expect serious new consequences if Gregorian Bivolaru dies during this period of detention due to the terrible conditions in prison. In such a tragic situation, you can expect, willingly or unwillingly, to suffer the same fate, because you contributed to the death of this man in detention.

Once you feel it, you will discover through evidence how God’s justice works, and this will lead you to stop your abuses. We therefore appeal to the highest authority.

This is also an opportunity for you to discover, willingly or unwillingly, that God exists. If you choose to commit injustices and abuses in this case, then you will feel how God’s justice works.

If you commit injustices and abuses in the case of Mr Bivolaru, if you make arbitrary and disastrous decisions, you will find that God’s immanent justice will intervene immediately and reward you or, in other words, punish you as you deserve. Thus, you will be forced to discover that God’s immanent justice really exists and that it is relentless and inexorable.

But if you choose to be fair, impartial, clear-headed, and equitable in your actions in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, you will feel fully, you will receive all the obvious benefits and all the exceptional gifts that God offers when a human being is blessed again and again. If you are consistently like this in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, then God’s justice will not intervene in your life, in your existence, even in the slightest, because you will not make mistakes, mistakes that are obviously likely to trigger a miscarriage of justice. If you commit judicial errors in the case of Mr Bivolaru, then you will find, willingly or unwillingly, that God’s immanent justice will act immediately and you will thus bear, willingly or unwillingly, all the consequences of the judicial errors you commit. You will then be convinced, willingly or unwillingly, that God’s justice exists and that it operates when invoked by a group of human beings.

God’s immanent justice always has a prompt and immediate corrective role in God’s creation. Quote from Pascal: “He who does not believe in justice ends up being mistaken, and he who believes with unshakeable firmness in the existence of God’s justice acts in such a way that he does not expose himself at all to the intervention of God’s justice, which is inexorable and implacable.”.

You will be held accountable; you will be directly responsible for this man’s life. You will be rewarded according to your evil deeds, and thus you will immediately atone for the injustices you have done to this innocent man, whom you have chosen to wrong because of the enmity and wickedness you show (possibly!).

In such situations, God acts through apparent coincidences that manifest themselves discreetly and often intervene secretly only when He is truly asked in a firm manner, when He is called upon to intervene to do so.

It is possible for you, at first (now), to consider all these aspects that we are pointing out to you as aberrations, ridiculous absurdities, but later, when God’s immanent justice acts inexorably, you will change (voluntarily or involuntarily) your opinion and you will also be obliged to be fair, to be equitable, to do justice in this matter.

But if you persist in being hostile and unjust in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, you will suffer, as you will see, proportionally, all the suffering that you cause this innocent man.

As soon as God’s immanent justice comes into action without delay, you will see (voluntarily or involuntarily) that all the evil, hostility and injustices you do to Gregorian Bivolaru will be promptly returned to your existence by a strange and significant reflection, which is nevertheless urgently necessary and just. Only then will all these aspects that we have pointed out to you, but which you have not believed and therefore not taken into consideration, frighten you. The facts, the directly proportional consequences of the injustices and suffering you will cause (produce) to Gregorian Bivolaru, will force you (willingly or unwillingly) to see that God’s immanent justice exists and that it acts promptly (as you deserve), no more and no less.

That will be the key moment that will frighten you (as you deserve!) and force you to change your attitude towards Gregorian Bivolaru’s case. The providential but ultimately just intervention of God’s immanent justice will convince you, willingly or unwillingly, that you were wrong, that you were (very!) wrong in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, and this will force you to do your duty properly, to be fair, to find out what the real truth is in this matter.

Only then will you be convinced (willingly or unwillingly) that God’s immanent justice exists and that it acts in direct proportion to what you deserve in your existence. At the same time, you will then be convinced that God exists and you will have a different (and therefore shocking!) point of view on Pascal’s famous wager: “He who does not believe that God exists throws himself into the arms of Satan.”

It will therefore be a shocking but necessary lesson that you will learn (voluntarily or not) through the rapid intervention of God’s immanent justice in your life.

In conclusion, we would like to let you know in advance that everything that will emerge and happen in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru will bring about a major change in your life. Even if today you are tempted to ignore all these aspects, when God’s immanent justice comes into action, you will be forced to profoundly transform your point of view and your perspective. You will learn a fundamental life lesson that you deserve.

There is no greater justice than truth. Jesus said, “Know the truth (which is everything, that is, the whole truth) to set you free (from falsehood, lies, and deceptive appearances).”

Voltaire said, “If God did not exist, it would be urgent to invent him.”

The brilliant thinker and inventor Pascal believed in God with unshakeable conviction and even had, at one point, an experience of mystical ecstasy when God spontaneously revealed to him the existence of the sublime subtle energy of the Godly Attribute of Godly Certitude. The astonishing experience that Pascal had then lasted for about 8 hours without interruption.

All the sublime ideals that this man (Gregorian Bivolaru) promoted and defended with immense courage throughout his life (see a selection of his Aphorisms in Appendix 9) also argue against the possibility that he could be a monster, a sexual predator, a rapist, as these false victims seek to portray him, including in order to earn a lot of money as alleged damages (as Judas did when he sold Jesus).

This is in fact an indirect assassination of Gregorian Bivolaru by sending this innocent man to prison. The threatening letters, including death threats, that he has received (the last one was sent at the end of 2023) and which we are making available to you are shocking proof that behind the scenes this is continuing and being plotted.

It is essential to point out that our appeal cannot be considered a threat addressed to you personally, because, as you know, a threat is a gesture, a word or an action expressing someone’s desire to harm someone else. In this case, God’s immanent justice will intervene immediately and directly proportionally in your life, in your existence, only and exclusively if you harm Gregorian Bivolaru. Only then, and only then, will God’s immanent justice intervene and act promptly as you deserve, punishing you in a necessary and appropriate manner.

Such a supernatural and swift action of God’s immanent justice is analogous to the criminal punishment provided for in the Penal Code for a particular offence, a punishment that appears to be just, natural and necessary after a certain offence has been committed. In the supernatural case where God’s immanent justice comes into action, the one who punishes is God, who is always the most just judge and who never makes mistakes. In Appendix 1, you will find some examples that show in a surprising way how God’s immanent justice has acted spontaneously, but in a mysterious, relentless and overwhelming manner. God’s immanent justice sometimes acts at lightning speed.

However, God’s immanent justice acts without delay when necessary and in situations where a group of human beings evoke it in unison and implore God to manifest His immanent justice without delay. It should be noted that God’s immanent justice only comes into action without delay when evil deeds, injustices, abuses, infamies, etc. are actually committed.

The immediate intervention of God’s immanent justice, which appears and manifests itself only when it is right and necessary**, cannot in any way be considered as** blackmailing you because, as you know, blackmail involves the use of all kinds of mental or psychological pressure to obtain something from someone. It would therefore be absurd to consider that you are being blackmailed into always being correct, impartial, fair and just in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, when in reality all these aspects are, without exception, part of your fundamental duties, already enshrined in the code of ethics of your professions. As you know, all these rules and duties that already determine the organisation and conduct of your professions are always binding and form the basis of the conduct that must be impeccable, fair, correct and equitable for all those who have been appointed to exercise the profession of prosecutor or judge.

From an esoteric and initiatory point of view, your profession as a magistrate implies and requires that you fully transmit, in and through your being, the subtle and sublime energy of the Godly Attributes. In all situations where, in the exercise of your profession as magistrates, you do not channel abundantly through your being the subtle and sublime energy of the Godly Attribute of Godly Justice, you are acting in this erroneous manner, you disqualify yourself and expose yourself, you risk being punished without delay through the immanent justice of God, whose supernatural intervention is evoked in unison by a group of human beings.

It is therefore urgent to realise and understand that, in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru, if you seek from now on (from the date on which the case begins until its conclusion) to implore God every week to intervene, either by offering blessings at a set time or by imploring God to manifest the supernatural intervention of immanent justice without delay) to demonstrate completely correct conduct, total detachment, fairness, impartiality, etc. and in addition, you will seek to eliminate from your being the harmful prejudices and illusory, superficial, erroneous beliefs concerning this man, Gregorian Bivolaru, but also concerning this case, always appreciating in the spirit of justice all the existing evidence, but also all the sincere, honest testimonies that will be given, avoiding any fatal prejudice, having exemplary patience to hear all the witnesses who will be proposed; if you also take into consideration all these real aspects that we present in this supplementary investigation, then and only then will the immediate intervention of God’s immanent justice not emerge at all in your life and daily existence.

In the situation where you act in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru by manifesting the opposite of these qualities that have been mentioned and you commit injustices, abuses, evil deeds, behaving in an arbitrary, disastrous, tyrannical manner, thus violating God’s essential golden rule (“Whatever you dislike, never do to others”), you will feel and realise, willingly or unwillingly, shortly afterwards, that God’s immanent justice will act and you will suffer (willingly or unwillingly) in direct proportion to the consequences of your actual actions. They will occur in your life, whether you believe in the existence and intervention of God’s immanent justice or not.

In this not at all favourable eventuality, which will prove to be an alternative for you (willingly or unwillingly), you will be forced to feel and see not only that God exists, but also that God’s immanent justice is an inexorable, implacable reality. In such an unfortunate alternative (which we do not wish for you at all!), you will reconsider (willingly or unwillingly) your actions and attitudes, and, for fear of a supernatural intervention promptly manifested by God’s immanent justice, you will be forced to choose to do much good instead of the evil you have done before. In such an unfortunate and disastrous alternative, you will be (voluntarily or not) forced to convince yourself of the reality of the popular saying full of mysterious and exceptional wisdom: “Do much good, and afterwards you will feel and find much good. Do much evil, and afterwards you will feel and find much evil.”

Since we, the members of this group, all feel (more or less) God and are absolutely convinced that He exists, we dare to implore you to act benevolently at all times in the case of Gregorian Bivolaru so that you will not be confronted later with the immediate intervention of God’s immanent justice. Of course, in this sense, all the choices you make are always accompanied by effects, by good or bad consequences that later prove to be inevitable.

We invite you to reflect at length on the following aphorism by the brilliant thinker Blaise Pascal on God’s immanent justice: “The man who does not believe that there is an immanent justice of God is greatly mistaken, and the man who already believes with immense and unshakeable force in God, but also in the existence of God’s immanent justice, does not then allow himself to be tempted by demons, because he always chooses not to commit injustices or evil deeds that would then immediately bring about God’s immanent justice.”

With regard to this additional investigation, our goal is not at all to manipulate you, but only to make a sincere appeal to enlighten you about certain facts that you do not know about Gregorian Bivolaru.

Meticulous, rigorous and systematic research has revealed to us that, in fact, the alleged victims who filed complaints against Gregorian Bivolaru in this case after many years were skilfully incited and manipulated in this disastrous direction by a former student, Ziggy, and it appears that they then agreed to write false and implausible complaints that were fabricated, motivated in fact by obvious financial interests. These cunning and deceitful individuals seek to secretly take advantage, with blatant insolence, of the strange current trend in Europe of women falsely and manipulatively claiming to be victims, not only to cause harm gratuitously, but also to demand huge sums in damages. They are certain in advance that their false claims, which have been insidiously composed, will be taken into account every time – any doubt about their irresponsible false accusations, aimed at sending an innocent man to prison, being by definition excluded. Beyond the often deceptive appearances, these people are in reality false victims who turn into sadistic tormentors full of enmity and hatred.

All these false victims, whom Gregorian Bivolaru never harmed, show immense criminal ingratitude and are now seeking to send this man to prison even though he is completely innocent. This is how they have chosen to reward this man for all the good he did for them years ago.

The endless chain of malicious intentions and serial lies is easy to detect in these false victims, who have turned into sadistic tormentors full of immense hatred, when you analyse their complaints very carefully, intelligently and lucidly. You will find numerous glaring contradictions, as well as ambiguities contradictions that immediately expose their lies.

This secret evil group, the Illuminati, who persecute, pursue and seek to destroy Gregorian Bivolaru, are very disturbed by his tremendous revelation about the Godly Attributes as being, in reality, sublime subtle energies of God, because it puts God at the centre of people’s attention and thus spoils, thwarts and destroys their evil, satanic plans that they plot in the shadows. They consider this fundamental discovery (the Godly Attributes) to be very dangerous to all their evil plans, which aim to bring and keep all people on this planet in lethargy, ignorance, atheism, gross stupidity, insidious vices, materialism, drug addiction, denial of God’s existence, and a banal, vulgar, meaningless existence that apparently ends forever with the inevitable death of the body.

This is why Gregorian Bivolaru is a very dangerous enemy to them, one who must be destroyed as quickly as possible by any evil means necessary.

The yoga courses at the MISA school are unique in the world and are of great value. The fact that these courses are being proposed for inclusion in the famous Guinness Book of Records indirectly highlights their value and uniqueness (see Appendix 10). This esoteric spiritual school is (for the moment!) the only place in the world where the tremendous secret of the Godly Attributes is already known and effectively practised, with enormous success. In this spiritual school, more than 75,000 human beings (students and supporters) have already verified in practice the living, obvious and undeniable reality of this revelation of God. Jesus spoke of all this more than 2,000 years ago in a partial, superficial, empirical and rudimentary way and called them the Beatitudes of God, but he did not refer at all to the concept of sublime subtle energy, nor to the expression “vibration frequency of this energy”, which makes an obvious connection with the current and revolutionary field of quantum physics.

All these new aspects, which are combined into a unified whole and at the same time have an indisputable scientific basis, quantum physics, together constitute this tremendous revelation that God revealed to Gregorian Bivolaru for the benefit of all people on this planet who are able to understand this great secret and put it into practice again and again.

At the same time, the inner and direct experience of this great secret makes it easy to discover the undeniable existence and mysterious presence of God through each of Godly Attributes (such as Love, for example). Within the framework of this school there is the Theophanic Charismatic Movement, whose purpose is to facilitate the experience of communion with God (see Appendix 11). The brilliant scientist and philosopher Pascal, experienced a state of mystical ecstasy during which he felt the outpouring into his being of the subtle and sublime energy of a particular Godly Attribute. This experience profoundly transformed Pascal’s subsequent existence. The discovery through direct experience of the different sublime and distinct subtle energies of the Godly Attributes brings us a multitude of wonderful benefits and advantages that would never have been accessible to us without this tremendous initiatory knowledge. It is still possible to think, to consider, because of scepticism, that the more than 600 Godly Attributes that God has revealed over the years to Gregorian Bivolaru do not exist, being in fact only an illusion, a utopia or a chimera, a hallucination. By reduction to the absurd, it is necessary and important to ask yourself (intelligently!) how it is possible that something that does not exist or is only an illusion can produce special beneficial effects in hundreds of thousands of human beings, effects that are distinct and identical for each of them? The wonderful and obvious effects that emerge within, but also in the body of a person evoking an Attribute of God (such as Love, for example) are indisputable proof of the reality of the Godly Attributes, for each of them is a distinct, sublime, infinite subtle energy characterised by a certain frequency of vibration that never changes. This aspect is analogous to a radio transmitter that constantly broadcasts on the same wavelength, as we know, and in this way the radio that is tuned to its specific broadcast frequency is able to receive and hear its broadcast. This analogy also works in the case of the subtle and sublime energy of each Godly Attribute (such as Love, for example), when this subtle and sublime energy is captured and accumulated in the inner universe of a human being who receives it.

Today, more than 70,000 people (including 45,000 practitioners and 25,000 supporters) of this esoteric spiritual school have already been convinced, through direct personal experience, of the existence of the Godly Attributes, each of which is a sublime and infinite subtle energy whose vibrational frequency never changes. The intelligently structured, eminently practical and effective methods revealed by Gregorian Bivolaru have been put into practice by several thousand students of this esoteric spiritual school. These methods have proven to us, through the wonderful effects that have emerged, that, there is still much room for improvement in each of us, for more happiness, for excellent inner well-being, for experiencing heightened states of prolonged and intense pleasure, and for gradually discovering certain wonderful paranormal abilities. In this way, through these methods, students have been led to a fruitful discovery of themselves, to a much greater knowledge of beneficial potentialities which, in the absence of these methods, would have remained dormant in our inner universe. It can be said that Gregorian Bivolaru’s brilliant and revolutionary revelation concerning the Godly Attributes as each being a sublime, infinite, eternal, eminently beneficial subtle energy, an energy of God whose vibratory frequency never changes, already represents a bright future. We consider this future to be inevitable.

With or without your appreciation or confirmation, the brilliant revelation concerning the Godly Attributes will persist and continue to spread among the human beings of this planet.

Another indirect argument proving the existence of the Godly Attributes is the manifest and obstinate opposition of the secret and evil group of the Illuminati to this fundamental and revolutionary revelation that God inspired Gregorian Bivolaru, so that it would not be known by men and, above all, so that it would not be put into practice. If the Godly Attribute manifesting as a distinct sublime subtle energy in the case of each Godly Attribute did not exist, it is urgent to ask the question: what would be the interest of this group (the Illuminati) in making so much effort? 1) either to ‘buy’ him with an enormous sum of money (as you can see, it has increased from one threatening letter to the next); 2) or to blackmail him; 3) or to frighten him; 4) to terrorise him; 5) to tell him that if he does not surrender (on 15 June 2023) to go to prison in Finland, he will certainly be murdered, if Gregorian Bivolaru were a sectarian, a deranged person, a sex maniac, an idiot, etc.?

The very fact that the Godly Attributes are clearly mentioned in the ultimatum letter and that Gregorian Bivolaru is asked to deny them proves that this group implicitly recognises their value and wants Gregorian Bivolaru to personally declare that he was wrong about the existence and importance of the Godly Attributes as being each a subtle and sublime energy that comes from the eternal and mysterious being of God.

All this shows that this group, which seeks by all means to destroy Gregorian Bivolaru at any cost, to send him to prison while he is innocent, to assassinate him (as it has done and continues to do, especially with its opponents whom this group considers very dangerous), recognises his value and will stop at nothing to cause him as much harm as possible. The latest (enormous!) sum they offered him in an attempt to buy Gregorian Bivolaru testifies to the value of this man, which has been calculated in euros. As the media are controlled behind the scenes by this group, strangely enough, no mention has been made of these threatening letters, even though they are a sensational topic. The deafening silence surrounding these shocking letters is proof that something very suspicious is going on. This silence is all the more strange when one considers that immediately after Gregorian Bivolaru’s arrest, only false and biased news stories were deliberately disseminated in the media, aimed at presenting Gregorian Bivolaru in the worst and most abject light.

This furious smear campaign is no coincidence, but further proof of the orders that were given behind the scenes by those who are part of this group (the Illuminati). It is entirely possible that insidious pressure will be exerted on you to sentence Gregorian Bivolaru to many years in prison in France.

When you are personally confronted with such harmful influences (which will be exerted behind the scenes), you will have further proof that the facts mentioned in the threatening letters are a shocking reality.

Gregorian Bivolaru is also the author of 68 books published in Romania by several publishing houses. A total of 23 of his works have been translated and published by foreign publishers in the following languages: English, German, Czech, Hungarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Russian. All these printed books number more than 18,000 copies.

Gregorian Bivolaru is the second author in the world, after the Brazilian Chico Xavier, to have made all his works available to publishers (both in Romania and abroad) free of charge, without ever asking for money in the form of royalties. All this testifies to the obvious generosity that has characterised Gregorian Bivolaru since the beginning of his activity. The list of all his works can be found in Appendix 13. Gregorian Bivolaru has also given numerous lectures on various topics over the years (see Appendix 14.

We hope that our message will resonate deeply with you, given that the true truth requires you to know almost everything in advance, especially in a complex case such as that of Gregorian Bivolaru.

It is therefore imperative that you immediately take this additional investigation into account in order to do justice, and only justice, in this case, so that the justice of truth may prevail.

The approach taken in your investigation of the Gregorian Bivolaru case is to falsely imagine that you know this man perfectly well, when in fact you are blinded by the unfortunate circumstances that currently characterise you, which is why you are hostile and also prey to certain fateful illusions in which you indulge.

All this exposes you to prompt punishment, affected by God’s immanent justice, which will reward you promptly and directly in proportion to what you deserve for all the injustices and possible abuses or iniquities you will do to Gregorian Bivolaru through this investigation.

You have the opportunity to see that they are doing everything they can to kill him, including throwing him, an innocent man, into prison with your help, so that he can be tormented and slowly exterminated. This is how the unjust crucifixion of an innocent man is replaced in this cunning and diabolical way by his slow murder in prison. It is a reality hidden beyond appearances.

THE COUNTLESS PERSECUTIONS, FLAGRANT ABUSES AND GREAT INJUSTICES SUFFERED OVER THE YEARS BY GREGORIAN BIVOLARU, ESPECIALLY IN ROMANIA

There is no justice higher than truth.

Justice must never itself be a source of injustice.

Although it may seem incredible, the facts and situations we present in this supplementary investigation are real. All of this reveals a completely unknown side to this man, which we, the members of this group that advocates the immediate discovery of the truth, dare to bring to your attention, given that there is no justice greater than the truth.

In the name of the immediate triumph of truth, please read this report carefully.

1. As a teenager, Gregorian Bivolaru wrote a letter to the Romanian Mircea Eliade, considered a renowned specialist in the history of religions, and confided in him his interest in the study and practice of yoga. Eliade replied and even invited him to visit him in America. As this was during the dark period of communism, the secret political police (Securitate) immediately targeted Gregorian Bivolaru and, as Mircea Eliade was already considered persona non grata in Romania, they opened an investigation against Gregorian Bivolaru.
   At the end of this investigation, Gregorian Bivolaru was considered to be an enemy of the Romanian communist regime, and from then on he began to suffer all kinds of harassment, but also beatings administered from time to time by hateful agents of the secret police (Securitate) on the absurd grounds that he should stop and cease to display an attitude of “enmity” towards communism. He was also periodically threatened with imprisonment if he criticised the communist order and dogmatic materialism in Romania.

2. In 1972, Gregorian Bivolaru began teaching yoga classes in a disguised manner at a club in Bucharest, but he called it psychosomatic yoga culture so as not to arouse the suspicion of the secret police (Securitate). The psychosomatic “gymnastics” activity continued until 1982, when the tyrant Ceaușescu decided to ban all yoga practices and even judo classes in Romania for the strange reason that they all contained mystical practices, but mainly because of a major scandal that erupted in Romania after the first classes promoting certain Indian yoga techniques called “Transcendental Meditation”.

3. Then, in 1980, when authorised teachers from Switzerland organised classes called Transcendental Meditation in Romania, Gregorian Bivolaru was noticed as being the most knowledgeable to continue teaching such classes (thus promoting Transcendental Meditation after these teaching had left Romania). When the Transcendental Meditation scandal broke out in Romania, Gregorian Bivolaru was investigated and repeatedly beaten by secret police (Securitate) agents because he was absurdly considered the most dangerous continuer of the practice of Transcendental Meditation in Romania. Thus began a new ordeal for Gregorian Bivolaru, in which persecution, beatings and terror became more frequent. Nevertheless, he showed great courage and perseverance despite the immense risks and difficult conditions in which he secretly carried out his activities.

4. However, as Gregorian Bivolaru continued to teach yoga techniques in secret at other people’s homes because he was being persecuted, the secret political police (Securitate) decided to arrest him in 1984 and initially charged him with illegally practising a profession. As the criminal penalty for this offence was considered by them to be too insignificant, these despicable individuals launched an absurd accusation that Gregorian Bivolaru was going to assassinate the tyrant Ceaușescu from a great distance by paranormal means, with a group of people practising yoga. This mind-boggling and fundamentally idiotic accusation then turned into a criminal case that exposed Gregorian Bivolaru to a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
   In this clearly disastrous situation, Gregorian Bivolaru decided to escape from the custody of the secret police (Securitate) in protest and made a spectacular escape. However, after about ten days, he was caught at the home of a person who had hidden him after his escape. In the end, Gregorian Bivolaru was paradoxically sentenced to 18 months in prison solely for the offence of escape and served his sentence wearing heavy chains on his legs, weighing about 5 kg. His chains were only removed once a week, when Gregorian Bivolaru went to take a bath. Gregorian Bivolaru was therefore imprisoned in appalling conditions.

5. After his release from prison, the head of the prison arrested Gregorian Bivolaru about five times in a row for only 24 hours and warned him repeatedly that if he met people again and talked to them about yoga, his revenge for his previous escape would be exemplary. This despicable man kept his promise and ordered Gregorian Bivolaru’s re-arrest in June 1989. Through miserable manoeuvres carried out in secret, they proposed that Gregorian Bivolaru be examined by a team of psychiatric doctors who falsely decided that Gregorian Bivolaru was completely mentally irresponsible; Finally, Gregorian Bivolaru was abusively hospitalised in a sinister psychiatric hospital where the tyrant Ceausescu unjustly sent all those he considered his political opponents. One could say that Gregorian Bivolaru was very fortunate because in December 1989 the Revolution broke out in Romania, Ceaușescu was sentenced to death, and Gregorian Bivolaru was released from the hospital where he had been unjustly and abusively hospitalised.

6. From what we have learned, in 1990 Gregorian Bivolaru asked a commission of psychiatrists to consult him in order to ensure that he was not mentally irresponsible, but these doctors informed him that his request, which was essentially legitimate, would never be accepted for certain reasons (which they did not disclose to him) and told him that in Romania, Gregorian Bivolaru would always be considered mentally irresponsible. Paradoxically, this stigmatisation still persists in Romania today.

7. Since 1990, Gregorian Bivolaru has created the largest yoga school in Europe (MISA), which has more than 70,000 students and supporters.

8. Following the publication of a book on the secret and harmful activities of global Freemasonry, Gregorian Bivolaru received various threats, which he ignored, and even continued to expose, with immense courage, disturbing but true facts about this secret group. In addition, he often exposed the dark and evil plans of the Illuminati group. According to what is known, in 1995 his flat was burgled and an unidentified person cut the gas pipe and then placed a special device that caused a devastating explosion and a major fire. In this situation, many of Gregorian Bivolaru’s books and manuscripts were destroyed, but Gregorian Bivolaru continued to receive threatening letters even afterwards, which he even made public.

9. We discovered that in 1996, an important, power-hungry and corrupt politician, who at the time held an important position in the government, sent messengers to Gregorian Bivolaru to tell him that it was mandatory to vote for the Social Democratic Party (PSD) in the elections. But Gregorian Bivolaru refused to do so. The politician then informed him through an intermediary that Gregorian Bivolaru’s decision would have serious consequences for the entire yoga school. Due to these miserable assumptions and various threats, Gregorian Bivolaru soon gave up running the MISA yoga school.

10. In March 2004, Prime Minister Adrian Năstase, using his important position, ordered a large-scale action against the MISA yoga school, which he shamelessly called “Operation Christ ”. According to him, Christ was Gregorian Bivolaru. In this situation, more than 200 police officers, gendarmes and prosecutors were mobilised and carried out numerous brutal and often abusive searches of the yogis’ homes, seizing jewellery, money and other goods, which they then illegally appropriated and never returned. The scale of the abuses and illegalities committed at the time was enormous. In this situation, following political orders given behind the scenes by Prime Minister Adrian Năstase, a case was fabricated against Gregorian Bivolaru through the despicable blackmailing of a minor who was forced, threatened and even beaten into declaring that she had had sexual relations with Gregorian Bivolaru, even though this was not true.
    In this context, a huge, mind-boggling case file containing several volumes was compiled on the orders of Prime Minister Adrian Năstase, and 22 members of MISA, including Gregorian Bivolaru, were brought to trial. Faced with the obvious scale of these blatant lies and set-ups, Gregorian Bivolaru decided to go into exile, leaving Romania and seeking refuge in Sweden, where he applied for political asylum. At the request of the Romanian authorities, he was arrested in Sweden and given the opportunity to have a fair trial when the Swedish authorities decided to carefully and rigorously verify the accuracy of certain dubious criminal files that had been fabricated against Gregorian Bivolaru following political orders given secretly (behind the scenes) by this corrupt politician (Prime Minister Adrian Năstase). In this situation, the person (Mădălina Dumitru) who had been blackmailed by Romanian prosecutors into finally falsely declaring that she had had sexual relations with Gregorian Bivolaru was rightly heard. In this way, the Swedish judicial authorities were able to discover the truth about the false case that had been fabricated (on political orders) against Gregorian Bivolaru in Romania. Thus, in this context, the Swedish judicial authorities directly established these flagrant abuses, and the obvious injustices suffered by Gregorian Bivolaru, and ultimately concluded that he would not receive a fair and equitable criminal trial in Romania. For these objective reasons, they decided to grant Gregorian Bivolaru political asylum and a Swedish passport under the name (Magnus Aurolsson) that was then assigned to him.
    Although the Swedish judicial authorities found on this occasion that the criminal case in which Gregorian Bivolaru was falsely accused of having sexual relations with the minor Mădălina Dumitru was a fabrication, the criminal case continued ly in Romania. In this way, even though two courts in Romania declared Gregorian Bivolaru innocent, nevertheless, through certain abusive and despicable manoeuvres that were carried out secretly behind the scenes, a third court (the highest in Romania) decided, in a paradoxical and absurd manner, to judge this false case involving the minor Mădălina Dumitru for the third time and ultimately wrongfully sentenced Gregorian Bivolaru to six years in prison.

11. In 2016, Gregorian Bivolaru was arrested in Paris, France, while attending a book fair to purchase spiritual books. On this occasion, another grave error was committed against Gregorian Bivolaru, because although he still enjoyed refugee status that had previously been granted to him in Sweden, a French judge (who later turned out to be a member of the Freemasons) decided to extradite him to Romania, even though the Swedish authorities had previously clearly and firmly opposed this, as Gregorian Bivolaru still had asylum in Sweden. As a result of this error by the French judicial authorities, Gregorian Bivolaru was finally sent to Romania, where he was imprisoned.
    Subsequently, the European Court of Human Rights ruled that the French authorities’ decision to send Gregorian Bivolaru to Romania (even though he still had asylum in Sweden) was based on an illegal decision by the French Court of Cassation, which unfairly rejected “the applicant’s request to refer a preliminary question to the CJEU on the consequences to be drawn in terms of the execution of an EAW from the granting of refugee status by a Member State to a third-country national who subsequently becomes a Member State” (paragraph 131 of the decision of 25 March 2021 in the joined cases of Bivolaru and Moldovan v. France, applications nos. 40324/16 and 12623/17). The European Court considered “that this is a real and serious issue with regard to the protection of fundamental rights by European Union law and its articulation with the protection resulting from the 1951 Geneva Convention, on which the CJEU has never ruled” (paragraph 131 of the same decision) and that it was therefore urgent to clarify it before the French Court of Cassation ruled on the case. The result of this illegality was disastrous for the applicant, who was returned to Romania without the CJEU having ruled on these essential questions; which is why the Strasbourg Court specifies in the same paragraph of the aforementioned decision that “due to the Court of Cassation’s decision not to refer the matter to the Court of Justice, it ruled without the relevant international mechanism for monitoring compliance with fundamental rights, equivalent in principle to that of the Convention, having been able to develop its full potential. In view of that decision and the importance of the issues at stake in the case, the presumption of equivalent protection does not apply (…)”. Unfortunately, the European Court’s finding came too late, when nothing could be done to remedy this injustice, as Gregorian Bivolaru had already served his prison sentence in Romania.
    This is not the only case in which the European Court of Human Rights has found that both Mr Gregorian Bivolaru and other members and supporters of the MISA yoga school have had their fundamental rights systematically violated.
    Thus, in the case of Bivolaru v. Romania (No. 28796/04, decision of 28 February 2017), the ECHR ordered Romania to pay €7,000 to Gregorian Bivolaru for having been unlawfully deprived of his liberty after the Bucharest Court of Appeal ordered his release on 1 April 2004. The Strasbourg decision therefore concluded that there had been a serious violation of human rights in the case of Operation Christ launched by the Romanian authorities in 2004 against Gregorian Bivolaru and other yoga practitioners.
    Still with regard to Operation Christ, we would like to inform you that the ECHR had already ruled a year earlier on the abusive and illegal searches of 18 March 2004. Thus, by the decision of 26 April 2016 in the case of Amarandei and others v. Romania (No. 1443/10), the Romanian State was ordered to pay a total of €291,000 to the MISA yogis as compensation for the abuses suffered in March 2004.
    In this case, the ECHR found serious violations of the rights of 26 yoga practitioners during the searches of 18 March 2004. The Court found that the fundamental right to privacy of the 26 applicants had been violated and, even more seriously, that most of them had been unlawfully detained and even subjected to a form of torture and degrading treatment.
    Given that no one in Romania was found guilty of the raids of 18 March 2004, which were characterised by immense brutality and flagrantly violated the most basic standards of judicial procedure, and given that the Romanian Superior Council of Magistrates surprisingly stated in its official report that “the yogis had organised the raids themselves”, this decision by the ECHR placed the case in a completely different perspective.
    In another case, Bivolaru v. Romania (No. 2), No. 66580/12, the European Court of Human Rights ruled on 2 October 2018 that another illegality had been committed during the trial in which Gregorian Bivolaru was convicted for allegedly “having sexual relations with a minor”. More specifically, the European Court found a violation of Article 6 § 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights, namely the right to a fair trial, as a result of which the Romanian State was ordered to pay Gregorian Bivolaru the sum of €6,200 for moral damages and legal costs.

12. The second case, which was also fabricated on the political orders of the corrupt politician Adrian Năstase and began in Romania in 2004, lasted 17 years. Twenty-two members of this spiritual yoga school were charged in the case, including Gregorian Bivolaru. Approximately 20 charges were brought, including human trafficking, prostitution, unpaid labour, etc. More than 400 witnesses were heard one after the other over a period of years. In the end, the 22 defendants were found completely innocent. The prosecution then appealed, which took another three years. The appeal ended in 2021, with the 21 defendants being found completely innocent (as one of those charged died during the trial). The great fortune in this fabricated case was that the corrupt politician (Prime Minister Adrian Năstase), who also held an important position in the PSD in Romania, was exposed for his abuses and illegalities and was removed from all his positions one by one. All this meant that the fabricated case against him (instigated behind the scenes) could finally be judged fairly, without his manipulative and Machiavellian interference.
    In the downfall of this important corrupt politician (Prime Minister Adrian Năstase), a very important, even fundamental role was played by the providential intervention of God’s immanent justice, which took place several times in unison. On this occasion, many of us were able to see the astonishing and also terrible way in which God’s immanent justice acted in the case of this despicable, arrogant and insolent man.
    After being dismissed from all the important positions that gave him enormous power in the Romanian government, this despicable corrupt man was sent to prison twice and spent several years there. Before being arrested and sent to prison for the first time, this man faced a moment of despair and even wanted to commit suicide. A few years after all these events, which proved to us the inexorable and mysterious way in which God’s immanent justice intervenes and acts through apparent coincidences, this man appeared on a TV show and honestly confessed on that occasion that he regretted having decided to do so much harm to the MISA yoga school, adding that he finally realised how much God had punished him for it. For your edification, we will send you a recording (on a USB stick and also on DVD) of Adrian Năstase’s sincere confession (see Appendix 7), which he made spontaneously during a television programme, with French subtitles.
    Given that Gregorian Bivolaru has already been charged and tried in a human trafficking case that lasted 17 years, we consider that this man is neither crazy nor stupid to choose to commit human trafficking or ever rape a woman. For us, the members of this group, all of this is a series of incredible fabrications, enormous lies that are completely unfounded.

A skilful campaign was launched to manipulate each person who was thus persuaded to report to the police that they had been abused because they did not want to have intimate erotic and romantic relationships based on the prior mystical consecration of the fruits of this experience, which, however, was only achieved with perfect continence and also involved mutual love.
